Collecting personal Data
We may collect your personal data when you:

Make a donation to the association

Submit an application for a job, internship, or volunteer opportunity within the association

Participate in a project of the association as a partner or beneficiary

Work within an institution that co-finances our projects

Work for one of our projects in the Global South or are a signatory on the bank account of one of these projects

Are an employee or volunteer of the association

Explicitly request to be informed about our activities
We limit ourselves to collecting the following information: last name, first name, postal address, email address, telephone number, or your feedback if you complete one of our evaluation forms.
As a beneficiary of our services, we may also ask you for information about your professional and/or educational background. For minor beneficiaries, we will also request the contact details of their parents or legal guardians.
As part of KYC (Know Your Customer) requirements, we also collect a copy of your identification document if you work for one of our projects in the Global South or if you are a signatory on the bank account of one of these projects.
If you are required to work regularly with minors, a criminal record extract may be requested.
This personal data is collected through our correspondence, our website, an interview, an attendance sheet at one of our activities, or an evaluation or registration form, etc.

We undertake to provide you with the right to object and the right to withdraw your personal data.
The right to object refers to the possibility for individuals concerned to refuse the recording of their personal data in our databases for certain purposes mentioned at the time of collection.
The right to withdraw refers to the possibility of requesting that your personal data no longer appear, for example, in our databases. This right of withdrawal does not apply where we retain your data in order to comply with a legal obligation (signed contract, accounting obligations, etc.).

Security
The personal data we collect is stored in a secure environment. Individuals working for us are required to respect the confidentiality of your information. Access to data is restricted to authorized persons (members of the Board of Directors, employees of the association, and natural or legal persons who have been explicitly mandated to work for the association).
In the event that such data is transferred to an external contractor, we undertake to enter into agreements ensuring that the data in question is processed in compliance with applicable regulations.
